HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO ARIFA AND HER TEAM FOR SUPPORT DURING THE JOB SEARCH?
You will have 1 year full access to the ECT self-paced portion of the program, and access to Arifa for her customized support in her member's only group, along with access to ALL workshops that Arifa hosts throughout the year.
WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A RESUME? WILL ARIFA REVIEW IT? CAN I MOVE QUICKER THROUGH THE PROGRAM?
The program meets you where you are. Arifa reviews your resumes and provides you feedback, and there are 100 additional pieces that go into securing a 6 figure career, and this apprenticeship has a structured approach to coaching you through all the aspects of the job search.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO GO THROUGH THE PROGRAM AND SECURE A JOB?
On average, it takes 9 days to secure an interview using Arifa's guidance and you can secure a job within 30-60 days of working with Arifa.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
How does it work? Once you enroll to work with me, I share my blueprint with you which is like a checklist that you can follow step by step with no missing pieces.
There is a self-paced portion which I'd like for you to complete, and we meet weekly (over zoom) as a group where you can ask me any questions or seek the support that you need.
I also provide you with customized support through the member’s only group and the weekly and biweekly group coaching calls. From LinkedIn strategies, salary negotiation, interview prep, to resume and cover letter templates and reviews, I am with you every step of the way.
I also host LIVE business meets weekly/biweekly which allow you to experience the “corporate life” and work on assignments with others on the same journey as you!
To make this more fun, because learning should always be fun, I pair you with a buddy in this program.
